shipping

• tracking info will be sent to you once your order is shipped.

• all orders placed on this website are shipped from bishop, california. please allow an extra day or so of transit time due to our warehouse's rural location :)

• if an item is in stock, that means there is inventory readily available to be shipped.

• we generally ship orders 2 days a week, usually on tuesdays and fridays. sometimes we are gone hiking for a week or so at a time.

• if your order is extremely time-sensitive, please email us to confirm our shipping schedule.

• hikers: if you are sending to a post office for general delivery, please make sure to put the full address of the post office, not just the town and zip code.

• if your order is taking longer to arrive than expected after it has been dropped off with the carrier unfortunately all we can do is wait. tracking info will be updated by the carrier eventually. we do not have any insight beyond the same tracking page that you see.

international shipping

• if not paid at checkout, the buyer is responsible for any duties/taxes that may be charged by their resident country upon the package's arrival.

• if a package is refused and returned to sender, we will deduct any fees associated with the return shipment from your refund.

• once the package lands in the destination country/customs, it’s out of our hands.

• please be patient. we can't contact anyone regarding delays. please notify us if the pack has been "returned to sender".

returns

• email us to return unused products within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

• we do not provide return shipping labels.

• we do not accept returns on products marked “all sales final”.

exchanges

• if you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange for a different size please email us for return info, send the item back to us, and then order the correct one. we will refund the original order upon receiving the return tracking information.
