this is our version of dragontail tenkara's talonmini 310 rod. this rod has a perfect combination of packability, casting quality, backbone and durability. it's the perfect length for small to medium mountain streams. the rod includes a custom hard rod tube and protective rod sock with art by our friend torri, a cork grip, and anodized butt and tip caps. replacement parts are inexpensive and readily available from dragontail in the usa.

if you're new to tenkara, we recommend purchasing a starter kit along with forceps and nippers, watching this video series, familiarizing yourself with proper fish handling, and learning the regulations of the water you intend to fish.
